Any person who erects, constructs, alters, repairs,
converts, maintains, or uses any building, structure or land in violation
of this article shall be subject to not more than $1,000 or imprisonment
for 90 days, or both. Each day that a violation continues shall be
regarded as a new and separate violation of this chapter.
