§ 148-50.1. Prohibited acts; violations and penalties.

A.A person who operates a vehicle in the Township in an inattentive manner, without due caution and circumspection, or in any other manner so as to endanger, or be likely to endanger, a person or property or who maintains a vehicle with faulty or unlawful equipment shall be guilty of improper or unreasonable vehicle operation and maintenance.B.Upon an initial guilty finding under § 148-50.1A above, the guilty person shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500. On a second or subsequent conviction, a guilty person shall be punished by a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $500.
