§ 154-112. Fees.

A.Fees shall be as follows:(1)Concept plat. At the time of submission of the concept plat, the applicant shall pay a fee of $500.(2)Preliminary plat. At the time of the initial submission of the preliminary plat, the applicant shall pay a fee of $100. In addition, each applicant shall deposit, in cash, the sum of $100 per acre or fraction thereof included in the tract, with the Secretary of the Planning Board to be placed in escrow by the Township to cover the cost of professional review by the professionals employed by the Planning Board to make said reviews and inspections. Sums not utilized in review and the inspection process shall be returned to the applicant from the escrow. If additional sums are deemed necessary, the applicant shall be notified of the required additional amount and shall add such sum to the escrow.(3)Final plat. At the time of submission of the final plat, the applicant shall pay a fee of $100, plus an escrow in the amount of 6% of the dollar cost of the Township Engineer's estimated cost of improvements.B.Each applicant who shall submit a plan for approval shall agree in writing and shall pay all reasonable costs for professional review of said final plat and for inspection of improvements required by the Planning Board. Such costs must be paid in full before any construction work on the site is permitted to commence.
