§ 154-120. Fair-share allocation.

Mount Laurel Township's fair-share allocation, also referred to as its fair-share number, is established at 839 units. The composition of the units is set forth in the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan component of the Mount Laurel Township Master Plan.
