§ 154-126. Township fee waivers.

  • A. 
    Voluntary contributions.
    (1) 
    The developer's rights with respect to Block 307, Lot 3, and Block 802, Lot 8, are premised upon voluntary agreements.
    (2) 
    Pursuant to a document entitled "Judgment of Repose and Settlement Agreement," the Orleans Corporation has agreed to pay a voluntary contribution of $200,000 in lieu of constructing low- and moderate-income housing at Block 307, Lot 3.
    (3) 
    Pursuant to an order dated June 16, 1997, affecting Block 802, Lot 8, the owner of said property, Security One, is to pay into the Mount Laurel Affordable Housing Trust Fund a fee of 1/2 of 1% of the equalized assessed value of 30 residential units. There will be an additional voluntary fee of 3% of equalized assessed value for all units in excess of 30 units, with a maximum of 36 units.
    B. 
    The Township shall waive municipal fees for or attributable to all low- and moderate-income housing units developed pursuant to this article including fees for site plan or subdivision review, building permits, certificates of occupancy and fire inspection but not including fees for services contracted to third parties and state and county fees.
