§ 154-131.13. Qualifying units.

Dwelling units which are not built pursuant to one of the above affirmative programs, but whose sale or rental price qualifies them for low- and moderate-income occupancy, and which can be counted in the fair-share allocation, shall not be subject to the above restrictions pertaining to affordability or to the administrative procedures dealing with sale and resale, letting and reletting.
