§ 154-131.15. Waivers.

Any person adversely affected by strict adherence to this article may apply to the Township Manager, or his/her designee, for a waiver or interpretation of that section which adversely impacts his/her situation. Such application shall be in writing and contain a full statement of the facts and circumstances. The Township Manager or designee shall consider such a request and shall advise such person as to whether relief is to be granted. In considering such requests, the Township Manager or designee shall give primary consideration to the purpose underlying this article and the specific regulation involved and shall weigh this purpose against the specific reasons sought to justify a departure or modification.
