§ 154-131.21. Affordable housing trust fund.

The Township of Mount Laurel will create an Affordable Housing Trust Fund in a manner consistent with the judgment of repose incorporating and memorializing settlement agreement executed by the Township in May of 1997. The contributions to the trust fund and the payments from the trust fund shall be in a manner consistent with the judgment of repose incorporating and memorializing settlement.
