§ 154-131.8. Dispersal of units.

Residential dwelling units shall be dispersed throughout an inclusionary development as much as is reasonably possible. In other than the 100% low- and moderate-income development, where there exists more than one type of unit such as single-family detached dwellings, townhouses and apartments, low- and moderate-income units may be allocated disproportionately to one or more of the types of dwelling units if same is necessary in order to meet the sales or rental price criteria set forth in this article. This provision shall not be construed to allow geographic concentration of the low- and moderate-income units in one area of the development. As part of the developer's preliminary plat submission, a plan of dispersal of the low- and moderate-income units amongst a suitable number of market units shall be submitted and approved.
